The project was completed with virtually no major issues, disputes or challenges.  The end result was that the owner, user groups, and architect were fully satisfied with the project and W.T. Rich’s performance.

“I have been the construction inspector for this department for almost 20 years and I have not enjoyed myself in performing my duties more than during the construction of the new Public Safety Facility.  This I attribute to W.T. Rich Company.  There have been many construction projects in this community, some larger and some smaller, but nothing has gone so smoothly as our new Public Safety Facility.  Even with all of the different parties pulling you in every direction, you somehow managed to meet everyone’s needs and still finish the project ahead of schedule.  Thank you for a job well done.”
