Quality Control

Our industry-leading Focus Five Quality Control Program focuses on preventing deficient work from being put in place. This program identifies and prevents quality issues before they have a negative impact on cost or schedule.
Technology

W.T. Rich utilizes multiple industry-leading software tools to manage a variety of our projects from preconstruction through final closeout. We are continually updating our portfolio of construction technologies to increase efficiency, quality, speed and reliability of our construction operations.
Lean Management

W.T. Rich implements Lean principles on the majority of our projects. This approach contributes significantly to meeting the schedule and enhancing quality. Lean has proven to improve workflow, reduce waste, enhance trade partner communication, improve schedule performance, increase reliability, and elevate accountability.
Project Analysis

In-depth understanding of the physical and logistical constraints of a project is the foundation for successful project planning and delivery. W.T. Rich leaves no stone unturned in our pursuit of understanding the specific needs, circumstances and physical conditions of the project.

Highly-effective value management is a product of maintaining the Owner's requirements while providing avenues for potential cost savings. W.T. Rich uses its knowledge of the market to provide ideas, accurate pricing and cost tracking to optimize the dollars spent by the Owner.

Rich is a leader in the Commonwealth in sustainable construction. We are proud to be the only construction manager with three LEED Platinum certified public construction projects in Massachusetts.
