1968 W.T. Rich Company was founded by Walter T. Rich to provide construction services throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Established on the cornerstones of honesty, transparency and integrity, W.T. Rich began its corporate life providing strictly general contracting services. Our reputation for always putting the owner first quickly spread, and our capabilities as a firm simultaneously took flight.

2003 Jonathan Rich, Walter’s son and the firm’s CEO, and Brian Santos, President, took the strong foundation Walter created and catapulted the company into a new, modernized dimension.

Rich now serves as a leader in delivering MGL Chapter 149A projects with an outstanding track record across multiple sectors including K-12 schools, higher education, public safety, municipal, historic restoration, and life sciences.
