Preconstruction

Effective preconstruction planning provides the greatest opportunity to ensure the goals of a project are fulfilled. During this critical stage of the project, W.T. Rich will lead the efforts in managing and planning site logistics, identifying and assessing construction success factors, building and validating the construction schedule, developing the project’s phasing approach, and ensuring the proposed project design and approach are aligned with the available budget.

Every construction project faces important schedule, logistical, budget and occupancy considerations. The best projects include strong teamwork and consistent collaboration between the Owner’s representatives, the architect and the construction manager. W.T. Rich fosters positive relationships between all project team members by communicating transparently, treating members fairly and establishing an environment of performance and accountability.

It includes a three-year, post-occupancy support program from W.T. Rich to ensure your building performs as designed and that your team is skilled and adept at running, maintaining and managing your new building – not just on opening day, but for many years thereafter.
