Paula joined W.T. Rich Company in 2022 with a depth of experience in human resources and diversity and compliance. Paula drives W.T. Rich's diversity and inclusion initiatives by performing work internally and conducting outreach. She works with subcontractors and other local groups to promote our diversity goals and help ensure that we and our subcontractors meet established goals.
