Mike joined W.T. Rich Company in 2010. As the CFO, Mike is responsible for all financial obligations of the company. On Massachusetts Chapter 149 and 149A projects, there can be substantial accounting requirements in terms of subcontractor documentation, statutory obligations, and owner needs. Mike serves as the primary point of contact for accounts payable and accounts receivable. He is responsible for reviewing all requisitions, contracts, purchase orders and change orders. In addition, he assumes full responsibility for human resource issues such as company payroll, employee and union benefits and certified payroll processing. Mike has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance & Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, PA,
