Diana joined W.T. Rich Company in 2024, bringing valuable experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as workforce and community engagement. She leads the firm’s DEI initiatives by supporting internal programs and conducting proactive outreach across the subcontractor and community landscape. Diana works closely with trade partners and local organizations to advance W.T. Rich’s diversity goals and help ensure that both our team and our subcontractors meet established participation and workforce targets.
