08/232/20 Manchester Memorial Elementary School Completes Phase 1

W.T. Rich is thrilled to announce Phase 1 of Manchester Memorial Elementary School was completed ahead of schedule on August 7th!  This project included one of the most challenging project schedules W.T. Rich has faced.  Some of the timelines and challenges included:

  • Start of Foundation to Subs Completion: 11.3 months

  • Trade Contractor Award to Subs Completion:  10 months

  • Start of Steel to Subs Completion: 9.3 months

  • COVID-19/Union Work Stoppage/On-Site Protocols Impact (we were two weeks ahead of schedule when COVID/work stoppage caused a 4-week delay)
