05/137/23 Gloucester Projects Inspire Community Engagement

Community engagement is an integral part of every construction project. We believe that our projects will thrive if the communities surrounding them thrive as well.

With the Gloucester Police Department and Sawyer Free Library projects in the preconstruction stages, W.T. Rich’s Michelle Wright and Paula Guity kickstarted our outreach efforts at Gloucester High School. They met with the school’s Career Advisor regarding possible co-op opportunities, site visits and referrals to our subcontractors. They also spoke to students about opportunities in the construction industry and toured the school’s carpenter workshops.

This visit marked only the beginning. We look forward to interacting more with Gloucester High School and the community as these awesome projects unfold!
