In concurrence with this year's Construction Inclusion Week, DEI/HR Manager Paula Guity held a series of CIW discussions at various active project sites: Gloucester Police and District Court, Tobin School and Hunnewell Elementary School. She spoke about this year's themes and the importance of DEI in the workplace. Thank you, Paula, for leading these important discussions and to our project teams for their participation.

We hope this week served as an important reminder that our differences make us stronger. Accept people for who they are, embrace a diversity of opinions, and strive to foster an environment where everyone feels welcome. It takes all of us to advance inclusion in the construction industry. Feel empowered to do your part!
