07/210/26 Project Managers, Alexia & Robert visit the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Billerica!

 

Recently, Project Managers Alexia and Robert visited the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Billerica, where they were both former Youth of the Year winners, to share their experiences and introduce students to the many opportunities available in the construction industry.

Since last summer, Lifebridge has distributed nearly 400 backpacks filled with hygiene, health, and safety items. Our volunteers helped sort and inventory donations to ensure everything was ready for distribution day.

Through an interactive LEGO building challenge, students stepped into the roles of project manager, architect, and builder, learning firsthand how clear communication, teamwork, and problem-solving drive successful projects. The exercise reflected the same collaboration and coordination our teams rely on every day in the field.
