The Shawmut-Rich Partners Joint Venture is honored to be selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for the new Salem High School. This significant investment in the Salem Public Schools system will deliver a state-of-the-art, future-focused learning environment designed to support academic excellence, hands-on learning, and community connection. The project will feature modern educational spaces, expanded career and technical programming areas, enhanced athletics facilities, and energy-efficient building systems that promote long-term sustainability. We look forward to partnering with Shawmut Design and Construction, the City of Salem, Dore + Whittier, and PMA Consultants to bring this transformative school to life for the Salem community.
