10/290/25 New Project Alert: Martha's Vineyard Regional High School

The Rich-Shawmut Partners Joint Venture has been selected to deliver the new Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School, a once-in-a-generation investment in education for the Island community. The project will replace the existing school with a modern, future-ready learning environment designed to support academic innovation, student wellness, and career-focused programming for learners from across Martha’s Vineyard.

This effort requires thoughtful planning and coordination, including phased work on an active campus and logistics tailored to an island community. With deep experience delivering complex, large-scale public school projects, and a proven partnership on major K-12 programs, the Rich-Shawmut team is exceptionally equipped to guide this project from design through completion.

We are proud to partner with the Martha’s Vineyard Regional School District, CHA Consulting and Tappé Architects to deliver a high-performing, student-centered campus that will serve the Island for decades to come.
