W.T. Rich is proud to be selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Beverly City Hall renovation and modernization project. This transformative effort will restore and enhance the historic municipal building while creating a more efficient, accessible, and community-focused civic center. The project includes interior renovations, systems upgrades, improved office space, and strategic phased construction to maintain city operations throughout the work. We are honored to collaborate with the City of Beverly, Colliers Project Leaders and Finegold Alexander Architects to deliver a revitalized landmark that will serve residents and staff for decades to come.
