01/28/25 New Project Alert: Barnstable Fire Station

W.T. Rich is proud to be selected as the Construction Manager for the new Barnstable Fire Station! This important public safety project will replace the existing facility with a modern, resilient, and energy-efficient station designed to support the Barnstable Fire District’s growing operational needs. The new building will include updated apparatus bays, firefighter living and training spaces, advanced life-safety systems, and improved community access, all delivered on a highly constrained, occupied municipal site. We look forward to partnering with the Barnstable Fire District, Synergy Consultants and Context Architecture to deliver a high-performing facility that strengthens emergency response services for the community.
