We are seeking a Safety Representative to support the Senior Safety Manager in the effort to oversee the W.T. Rich Safety program. In this role, candidates will get exposed to all of W.T. Rich’s Massachusetts projects and have an opportunity to work and interact with all of our project team members. The Safety Representative will plan, implement, manage, and assess fire prevention and occupation safety and health programs for one or multiple projects. The Safety Representative will conduct accident and incident investigations, determining root causes and making recommendations for corrective action. Using their extensive knowledge of industrial safety operating regulations, the individual will utilize the construction safety auditing process to encourage and create a high level of safety awareness on their project(s), conducting said audits and the accurate reporting of results.
