Elizabeth Pole Elementary School

OVERVIEW

This project consisted of the new construction of a 2-story, 100,000 square foot elementary school. Building construction consisted of a steel-framed structure with light gauge metal framed exterior walls with a combination of brick and EIFS façade. The project contained a meticulously-designed courtyard with river stone pavers and ornamental stone. The courtyard was enclosed within the interior of the building requiring appropriate logistical coordination to ensure proper planning and sequencing of related work.

The scope also incuded extensive site work including new site utilities throughout, significant site re-grading, extensive new site drainage, a storm infiltration system, concrete walkways, new parking lots and landscaped features. The project was completed one month ahead of schedule.
