07/197/20 W.T. Rich is awarded Hunnewell Elementary School

W.T. Rich is excited to announce we were awarded the Hunnewell Elementary School project located in Wellesley, MA. This project includes the construction of a new two-story 76,000 SF elementary school on an existing school campus. The new facility will consist of a gymnasium, warming kitchen, cafetorium, administration, neighborhood classroom clusters, STEM lab, music, library and art.  This project is targeting Net Zero ready construction, including an all-electric mechanical system.
