03/85/19 W.T. Rich is awarded Smith Elementary School Project

W.T. Rich is proud to have been awarded the Smith Elementary School project located in Danvers, Massachusetts.  This project includes the construction of a new 82,728 SF elementary school that will serve 465 students. The new building will be constructed adjacent to the existing school which will remain an active campus throughout construction.  The new school will include administrative offices, classrooms, collaboration spaces, media center, STEAM room, music/art room, kitchen, cafeteria, and a gymnasium.
