05/129/22 W.T. Rich Awarded Gloucester Police Station and District Courthouse Renovations

W.T. Rich is very excited to announce that we've been selected as the Construction Manager for the Gloucester Police Station and District Courthouse Renovations project! Located at 197 Main Street, the 30,100 square foot building serves the City of Gloucester as both the Gloucester Police Department (first and second floors) and the Gloucester District Court (third floor). Set for a construction start in June 2022, the project will consist of interior and exterior renovations to all three levels of the structure and will feature exterior envelope improvements, interior renovations, various critical building systems replacements, and the installation of an emergency generator. We look forward to enhancing this critical facility so that the Police Station and Courthouse can continue providing the Gloucester community with an environment that is safe, secure and equitable to all.
