01/11/19 King Open/CSUS and Community Complex

The King Open School is on target for their projected August 2019 opening.  This anticipated NET ZERO project is part of the Cambridge Public Schools’ Innovation Agenda and is one of the four new upper school campuses being developed.  The Rich-KBE team are well on their way constructing this new 270,000 SF school.  The new school is targeting LEED Platinum and will include two gyms, an auditorium, classrooms, and offices, as well as a new community library and outdoor pool.  Click the link below for a brief viewing of this project under construction.
