Danvers students, families and residents celebrated the new state-of-the-art Ivan G. Smith Elementary School with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony and tours on Saturday, September 25. Experts in academic construction, W.T. Rich modernized the antiquated design of the original 1973 facility and built a two-and-a-half-story elementary school with unique features that encourage collaboration and student growth.
